After a combined 266 regular-season and postseason games, it all comes down to this. Super Bowl 52 will be contested between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles. It’s a battle between the reigning, defending, five-time Super Bowl champions, and a team still in search of its first Lombardi Trophy.

If New England making it to the Super Bowl was expected, Philadelphia may have come as a major surbuprise. They failed to make the playoffs for three straight seasons, lost their MVP-candidate quarterback Carson Wentz to a knee injury in December, but backup Nick Foles is coming off an incredible performance against the Minnesota Vikings to win the NFC championship. Doug Pederson is a second-year head coach who has helped turn the Eagles into one of the best teams in the league, and now he has the task of pulling off the upset against the mighty Patriots.

After a sluggish 2-2 start, the Pats tightened up their defense, remained as dangerous as ever on offense, and finished 13-3 with the #786 seed in the AFC. After strolling past the Tennessee Titans in the divisional round, Tom Brady engineered a heroic 4th quarter comeback to eliminate the Jacksonville Jaguars in a thrilling conference championship game. It’s the eighth Super Bowl appearance in the Bill Belichick-Tom Brady era, and if they do win their sixth title, Brady will be the only player in NFL history to sport six rings.

It should be a rocking atmosphere in Minneapolis, and here are the details on how to watch Sunday’s big game.
